Dr. Garofalo
Veterinarian
From a very young age, Dr. Garofalo knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She graduated from the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in May of 2000. Her career has had a convoluted path having worked in private practice, emergency medicine, and laboratory animal medicine in addition to pursuing certification in equine rehabilitation. Dr. Garofalo is certified in the following alternative therapies: veterinary acupuncture, food therapy, and Tui-Na, a form of Chinese therapeutic massage.
Dr. Garofalo started Paws by the Peaks, PLLC to integrate the Eastern and Western philosophies of veterinary medicine she has learned and to make these modalities more accessible to her patients as a mobile practice. Dr. Garofalo will be providing a variety of medical services for exotics, horses, and small animals. She has a special interest in helping those patients that have a difficult time in the clinic setting and wants to do her best to make geriatric patients as comfortable as possible in their advancing years. Do not hesitate to look through the website or call to find out more about the services we offer.

Hayley
My name is Hayley and I have been a licensed veterinary technician since 2016. I grew up in a rural area on the farm I now own and have a great passion for large animals and their care. I have a horse and compete in breakaway roping; as well as 3 dogs that keep me on my toes. Two catahoula leopard dogs, AttieMae who is pictured, PilotJames and a hound dog I rescued, BellaRoo. I met Dr. Garofalo while working in a small animal practice 3 years ago, and our common interests have led to a great friendship. I look forward to caring for all your loved animals while working alongside such a great veterinarian!
